On the last day before holiday break, some of our Grade Four Grammarians were spotted taking part in a "Readers Theatre in the Round" in the school atrium. Students each recited snippets from The Recess Queen by Alexis O'Neill, a story about a young girl who befriends a bully. Taking this activity to the atrium was a nice change for our students and allowed for a new type of group reading experience, much to the delight of some staff members and teachers nearby.
