On May 27, Grammar Connect hosted another Paint Night with Karla Silver! This paint night was different from the others, as it was hosted in honour of Hugh Thompson '89 and Ryrie Vandewater '01, two Grammar Alumni who passed in May. The painting for the night was the Coastal Windy Quilt Line by Cindy Horvath, with our own twist by replacing the snowball pattern for a friendship star pattern instead.
The paint night was filled with energy, smiles and wonderful paintings from the attendees at the end of the night. In addition to the paint night, Karla donated a painting to each of their families, and we're glad we got to spend the night together in Hugh and Ryrie's honour.
