On February 24, our Middle School Hockey Team participated in the Annual Long Pond Tournament at King's Edgehill School. Four Independent CAIS schools took part in this year's tournament and Grammar won the championship defeating the King's Edgehill team 6-1 (making a comeback after losing to them in the Round Robin portion of the tournament 4-1). Grammar also had a 5-3 victory over Sacred Heart to advance to the championship finals, in addition to a 8-0 win versus Armbrae Academy in the first game of the day.
Thank you to King's Edgehill for hosting and to coach Stephanie for taking care of the team - the students had a lot of fun and enjoyed a jam-packed day of hockey and bus rides!
