Results have been tallied and the new Head Boy and Head Girl for next year will be Matthew Fraser and Anna Bakowsky.
Both students have attended Halifax Grammar School for their entire academic careers and are proud to represent their school for the 2019-20 year.
They were voted in by grades 5-11 students, faculty and staff. Both Matthew and Anna ran week-long campaigns as part of the election process. The job comes with significant responsibilities and commitment including leading student council, student activities and fundraisers as well as numerous speaking opportunities. They will also act as student ambassadors for the Parents Activities Committee events.
