The ModelUN (SSUNS) Conference, a three-day international relations simulation for students, took place virtually from November 20-22 with more than 500 students in attendance. Model UN Club members, who meet on a weekly basis, took part in various workshops throughout the conference at designated stations throughout the school.
Congratulations to Eamon Roach '21 who won the Nellie McClung Award for Advocacy - presented to the delegate who embodies the perseverance and advocacy of the Famous Five on their inspiring fight for suffrage. Eamon portrayed Henri Ariiotima on the 2026 FIFA World Cup: Organizing Committee for FIFA Competitions. This marks the third consecutive year he has won an award at this conference!
